The Role
Working for a busy and growing recruitment agency, you will be working exclusively for the sales and recruitment team sourcing candidates and marketing for both desks.  You will perform the first round interviews looking for suitable candidates to recommend to the consultants, you will receive commission once a candidate has been interviewed.  This role is fast paced and varied, the office is a lively environment that encourages organic growth of all it's employee's.  There is opportunity to progress in this role after 12 months where you can move into a full time consultancy role managing your own desk!  

The Company
Brampton Stafford have been established for 4 years and have expanded rapidly, we operate a team environment and have regular office outings ranging from skiing lessons at Tamworth Snow Dome to climbing Mount Snowdon followed by a morning of Kayaking fun!! The Candidate



Ideally you will be a graduate with some commercial experience

You must have sales experience ideally over the telephone or face-to-face (not retail)

A good telephone manner is essential, you must be confident and articulate when speaking

Bubbly personality with a good team spirit

Driving licence is not essential but you must be able to get to Newcastle-under-Lyme (we are located approximately 10 minutes from the bus station)
