Job Title: Customer Relationship Advisor - Construction Software

Necessary Requirements: All candidates must have outbound sales or customer service experience. Previous support experience is also sought after. An excellent telephone manner and PC skills are required as well as knowledge of construction techniques.


A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding software company.

This is a very varied and challenging role where you will be responsible for customer relationship management and sales and support activities.

Our client’s core product is a market leading software product, which is used by customers in the construction industry.


Your main activities will include:

Customer Relationship Management:
· Speak to all existing software users on a regular basis &
assist them in getting the most out of their software.
· Sell in training workshops to existing software users &
manage event administration.
· Sell software license renewals to existing customers at
license expiry.

Support:
· Work with Customer Support Advisors to provide high
quality and efficient first line customer technical support,
handling and resolving inbound calls.
· Make outbound support calls as scheduled.

Sales:
· Deliver technical sales demonstrations over the
internet/telephone to sell software using screen-sharing
technology.

Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

· Excellent telephone manner
· Outbound sales/customer service experience
· Knowledge of construction techniques
· Support Experience
· PC skills – Problem solving with various Office/Operating
System combinations, Advanced knowledge of Word &
Excel
· Confident
· Attention to detail
