Job Title:     Experienced Recruitment Consultant 
Location:    Bristol

alary:       £20-30,000 basic + commission dependant on experience

Necessary Requirements: 12 months minimum recruitment experienced in either temporary or permanent basis or in-house recruitment.  Business-to-Business telesales is also an advantage! 

The Role We want over-achievers, consultants who are smashing their targets in an existing role and looking to move to an established agency who can offer support, training into a niche sector & lucrative benefits including fantastic, realistic commission and company car targets.   This is an opportunity to manage a dedicated team of professional recruitment consultants, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and motivational skills in order to push the team forward. Working on a warm desk you will manage several accounts and also develop new business in order to keep your accounts active!

The Candidate

Proven billing figures are essential
