The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be working in a team of dedicated consultants looking to exceed set targets in order to generate commission. An average day involves generating new business through cold calling prospective clients, visiting clients to establish the true culture of the company & writing job adverts for the relevent media guides the company uses. You will be screening candidates both over the telephone & face-to-face.
It is a high-powered, competitive environment where consultants can earn £30K plus in their first year. The clients you will be dealing with will be the key decision makers within the company therefore you must be able to give a polished performance for the company.

The Candidate

· Must have a degree ideally at 2:1 level
· Full UK driving licence is essential
