The Role
In Recruitment YOU control your earnings, you manage your own desk developing a portfolio of clients and choose your own candidates for interview. The role is incredibly varied, you will spend your time contacting businesses selling to senior management arranging client visits where you will learn all about the company. Good people skills are essential as your role will involve a lot of talking! Interviewing candidates, liasing with clients, marketing for jobs and holding assessment centres are just an example of how busy you will be.. If you are looking for an office job that has the X Factor then this role is for you! Consultants can earn up to £3000 a month in commission alone within their first year!!


The Company

All the clients I work with supply professionals to the professional industry, you will be placing candidates who are highly skilled in a specific area, the sectors include Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, IT, Investment Banking, Languages and many more. All the agencies on my portfolio are renowned for the training and development they give to their consultants. Recruitment is a very social job, it is competitive and a highly charged environment so expect lots of office banter!!

The Candidate

You must be motivated by making money as your earning potential in recruitment is phenomenal!
As you will be selling to a senior corporate market both your telephone and face-to-face presentation must be meticulous
Recruitment is a team environment, you will be working hard with your team and must have excellent interpersonal skills
Sales experience is definitely an advantage, if you have sold to businesses over the telephone you are ideal for Recruitment!
Outside of London it is essential that you have a driving licence in order to meet with your clients.
