Search And Selection-Experienced Head-Hunter Role-Brighton.

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to move into a Professional Head-Hunter role?  Do you desire the lucrative world of Search & Selection?  Want to earn minimum fees of £80,000!!!



£25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (£80-100,000 in 1st year)

The Role

I am currently searching for two experienced Recruitment professionals who want to remain in the recruitment industry but move into an International market in Search & Selection.  You will be working for an independent Executive Search firm who specialise in the executive placements of Growth & Acquisition Finance.  Based in Brighton you will recruit for the UK, Europe & South East Asia, full training will be provided.  In your first year you will earn between £80-100,000 with placement fees ranging from £80-140,000!

Covering four main areas in Investment Banking

Working with clients ranging from specialist private equity houses to global banking organisations

The Consultant



You must have a minimum of two years recruitment experience within the same agency (job hoppers will not be considered)

You must have white collar Recruitment experience (Legal, Finance, HR, IT etc)

A desire to move into Search & Selection is key, you will be confident interviewing candidates with salary requirements of £80,000-£1,000,000 +

You must be creative with the ability to multitask and be prepared to work long hours to get the financial result
