Interview Advice for Students and Graduates can prove to be invaluable. With careful preparation and a confident approach to the interview candidates can present themselves effectively. Interviews are also an excellent opportunity for candidates to find out whether the position and company are right for them. Assessment Days provide a variety of challenges and tasks which offer numerous opportunities to highlight both your strengths and your weaknesses. Although assessment days vary in content there are common exercises which can be considered before the actual day. Aptitude Tests also provide a means by which employers can judge and compare applicants. It is often hard to prepare for these tests in the same way that you can prepare for interview questions or assessment day tasks as many tests differ and there is no single "test" that can be practiced.
