IT Infrastructure Analyst

A great opportunity to live and work in a great location! The successful candidate will be joining a well-established company, with the responsibility of supporting windows based systems, working with Cisco networking and Firewall concepts.

The role will incoporate:
• Support of the Network infrastructure, including overseas offices
• Support of Internal and External information security infrastructure, including Firewalls, Proxy Servers, Anti-Virus, MailSweeper
• Provision of second and third level support for IT Help Desk and Support staff to resolve complex and difficult technical problems, identifying root causes and taking corrective action
• Capacity and performance monitoring of IT infrastructure components

Due to the nature of the role, candidates with experience of telecommunications systems, Metaframe 1.8, Exchange 2000, and MS Proxy 2 are highly desirable.

What we are looking for:
· At least 3 years commercial experience in supporting windows based systems.
· Good knowledge of developments in the IT Marketplace.
· Candidates that are holders of, or studying towards their MCSE qualification would have an advantage.

Location: Isle of Man
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 depending on skills and experience, but excellent benefits, and a fantastic relocation package for the right candidate
