HR Recruitment Consultant, Milton Keynes

Salary: £16,500-20,000 basic + commission

HR Recruitment role, for sales graduate with recruitment or sales experience looking to move into HR Recruitment.

The Role

Recruiting in the HR sector will require you to build up strong relationships between both candidates & clients. You will generate new business by cold calling potential clients and then arrange to visit the clients to establish the culture of the company.


The Company

My client are leaders in the Recruitment of HR professionals, you will be working in a team based environment & will receive fantastic training as my clients are also training providers therefore have access to some of the most renowned trainers in the country. The company has been established for four years, the director & senior managers come from a wealth of recruitment background & have built the Birmingham head office.

The Candidate

We are looking for money hungry candidates who have excellent team building relationship skills and want to be part of a brand new office set up!

· Must be a graduate of any discipline
· Ideally have 6 months sales experience
· Be ambitious & have strong personality
