Targetting final year students:

Employers and advertising agencies can incorporate Graduate Training Schemes when planning their graduate advertising campaigns by purchasing a combination of the following:-

• Profile pages introduce employers' Sandwich placements and Graduate Training Schemes.
• Employers can advertise specific events, such as University visits and Application Deadlines, through our Upcoming Events Section.
• Companies can email registered candidates to promote their events and positions by targetting specific details including University, Degree Subject, Graduation year and A Level qualifications.
• Corporate branding through banner advertising.

Screening Opportunities

Targetting final year students and/or recent graduates:

Graduate Training Schemes employ experienced Recruitment Consultants to source candidates from our site and other advertising sources when trading as Brampton Stafford Recruitment. As such we are in a unique position to not only advertise graduate employers' positions but also to screen candidates. We can provide the following levels of service when screening applicants:-

• Initial contact for all applicants ensuring that only candidates submitting CVs or Application Forms meeting stated criteria are forwarded to graduate employers (with applicants receiving an agreed response within an established time frame).
• As above with the addition of an initial telephone interview stage ensuring that only the strongest candidates are received by the graduate employer.
• Following an initial screening and telephone interview we can provide face to face interviews, co-ordinate assessment days and conduct various aptitude tests enabling employers to focus on observing a thorough screening process before interviewing the strongest possible applicants.

Targetting recent graduates

Employers with immediate hiring needs can rely on experienced Recruitment Consultants from Brampton Stafford to source candidates from across the UK and to put forward the strongest applicants. Typically employers receive the following service:-

• Upon receiving a job specification we search for suitable applicants and interview such candidates.
• We shortlist the strongest candidates and forward their CV to the graduate employer.
• We can arrange interviews for the candidate and only charge a one off  "placement fee" based on the salary offered to the candidate if our applicant begins work with the employer.
