Job Title:        Sales Executive-HR Training Company

Location:        Birmingham

Salary:           £16-20,000 basic + bonus

The Client

HR Training specialists who provide extensive training to both large Blue Chip organisations and smaller private businesses.  My client have a fantastic team atmosphere and encourage a social environment within the work place.  They have recently been awarded with the Investor in People accolade which recognises their services to training and investment made to their employees.

The Role
Selling portfolio of products, including e-learning, video resources and training course to find and win new business from allocated territory. Account management of existing clients and cold calling prospective clients. You must achieve high standards of customer service at all times in order to hit monthly and quarterly targets. Candidates must ensure that all leads generated through marketing campaigns are followed up. You will also gain & maintain excellent product knowledge and a continuously updated knowledge of the training market. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to update managers on a weekly basis as regards sales forecast against set targets.


The Candidate



 Must have 6 months of business-to-business sales experience

 Must have excellent telephone manner

 The ability to work well in a team & bring a lot of laughter is   mandatory!!

Ideally you will be a graduate with commercial experience

Must be able to work in the UK on a permanent basis without the need for a permit.
